Matt's background is anything but ordinary. He earned his Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University, where he was a standout Big 12 student-athlete, before returning home to complete graduate coursework and play an additional year at YSU. That same drive and competitive spirit he carried on the field is exactly what he brings to every real estate transaction.
With a successful career spanning both residential and commercial real estate, Matt has developed a particular passion for project development and business acquisitions — making him a well-rounded resource whether you're buying your first home or growing your business portfolio.
Off the clock, Matt is a devoted husband and proud father of three daughters. You'll find him coaching his kids' teams, fishing, boating, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling. And if that weren't enough — Matt also trains football players at every level, from youth all the way up to the NFL. 🏈
